Job Title: SailPoint ISC / IIQ IAM Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant with hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions while ensuring secure access management, compliance, and user lifecycle automation across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes- Configure Identity Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Access Requests, Certifications, and Policies.
- Develop and maintain application onboarding, provisioning, and de-provisioning integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot connectors including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.
- Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and compliance reporting.
- Design and maintain RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models and entitlement management.
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, workflow errors, and identity correlation problems.
- Support audit, SOX compliance, governance controls, and security reviews.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders for IAM requirements and implementations.
- Develop and customize workflows, rules, approval processes, and integrations within SailPoint environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Good understanding of IAM, IGA, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and Access Governance concepts.
- Experience with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST APIs, and cloud application integrations.
- Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Certification processes.
- Experience in application onboarding and connector configuration.
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or scripting experience.
- SailPoint certification (ISC or IIQ).
- Experience with ServiceNow integration.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security and Zero Trust concepts.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
