Trainer – SailPoint & RSA IGA (Contract / Freelance)Steadfast IT Consulting is looking for an experienced IGA Trainer to deliver intensive, outcome-driven training programs on SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) and RSA IGA (Identity Governance & Lifecycle).
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about mentoring and building deployment-ready talent in the Identity & Access Management space.
Role OverviewYou will lead 2-week fast-track training programs designed to prepare resources for real-world IAM/IGA project deployments. These programs are conducted once every quarter, making this a recurring engagement opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured training on SailPoint & RSA IGA platforms
- Conduct hands-on sessions, labs, and real-world use cases
- Evaluate trainees through assignments and assessments
- Ensure participants are project-ready within 2 weeks
- Customize content based on skill gaps and project needs
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery approach
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle
- Solid understanding of:
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle
- Access certifications, provisioning, and role management
- Integrations with AD, LDAP, HR systems
- Prior experience in technical training / mentoring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Engagement Details- Type: Contract / Freelance
- Duration: 2 weeks per batch
- Frequency: Quarterly (every 3 months)
- Mode: Virtual / Classroom
Success Metrics- Deployment readiness of trained resources
- Trainee assessment performance
- Feedback and training effectiveness
