✔ Access Request & Access Certification implementation
✔ Password Management configuration
✔ Application onboarding (AD / LDAP / DB / Webservices)
✔ Forms & Quick Links configuration
✔ Production support & troubleshooting (RCA)
✔ IIQ administration (monitoring & incident management)
✔ Performance tuning & optimization
✔ Integration with AD / LDAP / Webservices / Databases
✔ Linux commands & environment handling
✔ SQL / database query knowledge
✔ CI/CD exposure (Jenkins)
✔ Code versioning (GitHub)
✔ Defect fixing & code analysis
✔ SLA handling for production incidents
✔ Stakeholder / client interaction
