We are looking for an IAM Specialist with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support and enhance identity and access management processes.

You will be responsible for operational IAM activities, including incident handling, identity data processing, and workflow execution within the IdentityIQ platform.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth IAM operations and continuous improvement of the environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid IAM foundation who wants to grow into a more development-oriented role within SailPoint.

Your tasks

• Managing and resolving IAM-related incidents within SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Monitoring and handling request queues with SLA compliance
• Supporting identity data preprocessing and integration (identity aggregation)
• Executing and validating access request workflows and provisioning processes
• Performing testing of IAM workloads, workflows, and system changes
• Analyzing logs and troubleshooting IdentityIQ workflows and processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Maintaining monitoring of the IdentityIQ environment
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts
• Experience in incident management and operational support
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes (JML)
• Knowledge of identity data flows, provisioning, and access requests
• Experience in testing and validation of workflows
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required
  
  

Nice to have

• Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFE, GCDA, CISSP, or CISM
• Experience with automation tools (Python, Terraform, CI/CD)
• Background in SOC leadership or cybersecurity program development
