Role OverviewWe are hiring SailPoint IAM professionals (L2 & L3) with strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-premises) to support identity governance, access management, and enterprise integrations.
The role involves end-to-end identity lifecycle management, including Linux system onboarding, certificate lifecycle management, and access governance operations in a client-facing, on-site environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommon Responsibilities (L2 & L3)- Manage and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-prem) environment
- Handle user lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
- Perform:
- Access provisioning & de-provisioning
- Certification campaigns & access reviews
- Role management (RBAC)
- Onboarding of Linux/Unix systems into SailPoint
- Manage certificate lifecycle activities:
- Certificate generation
- Renewal and revocation processes
- Integrate SailPoint with:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- Linux/Unix systems
- Enterprise applications & databases
- Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and reconciliation issues
- Maintain documentation and compliance records
L2 Responsibilities (4 Resources)- Handle daily IAM operations and support tickets
- Perform application onboarding support (including Linux systems)
- Execute certificate generation and routine lifecycle tasks
- Monitor jobs, workflows, and provisioning tasks
- Support UAT and production issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to L3
L3 Responsibilities (1 Resource)- Lead design, implementation, and advanced customization
- Develop:
- Workflows, rules, and complex integrations (Java/BeanShell)
- Own Linux onboarding architecture & connector configurations
- Manage certificate management frameworks & automation
- Handle critical incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Optimize performance and implement best practices
- Work directly with stakeholders and provide technical guidance
Required Skills- Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) – On-Prem
- Hands-on experience with:
- Linux/Unix onboarding in IAM
- Certificate lifecycle management (generation, renewal, revocation)
- Good understanding of:
- IAM concepts (RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle)
- Technical skills:
- Java / BeanShell scripting
- REST APIs
- Active Directory, LDAP
- SQL / Databases
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of PKI / Certificate Management tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC (SSO integrations)
- SailPoint certification (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise environments (BFSI is a plus)
Experience & Qualification- L2: 3–6 years (2+ years in SailPoint IIQ)
- L3: 6–10 years (strong architecture & development experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
