Position Title: Spa Supervisor
Reports To: Director of Spa
Department: Spa & Wellness

Position Summary

The Spa Supervisor supports the daily operations of the spa with a primary focus on leading the front desk/concierge team. This role ensures an exceptional, personalized experience for members while maintaining efficient scheduling, seamless daily flow, and a polished, professional environment. The Spa Supervisor serves as a key link between concierge, service providers, and leadership to uphold the spa’s high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Concierge Leadership

Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a warm, professional welcome for all members
Lead, coach, and support concierge team in delivering elevated, member-focused service
Ensure all member interactions (in person, phone, and email) reflect a high level of professionalism and care
Oversee appointment scheduling, accuracy, and thoughtful booking practices
Manage check-in/check-out processes and ensure accurate billing
Address member requests and concerns promptly with discretion and professionalism

Operations & Scheduling Support

Support management of provider schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and availability
Monitor appointment flow to optimize productivity while maintaining service quality
Ensure adherence to spa policies, procedures, and service standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-of-house environment

Team & Communication

Serve as a liaison between concierge team, service providers, and spa leadership
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of concierge team members
Foster a collaborative, respectful, and service-driven team culture

Member Experience

Support delivery of a personalized, high-touch spa experience
Anticipate member needs and assist in service recovery when needed
Encourage awareness and thoughtful use of spa services and wellness amenities

Administrative Support

Assist with daily reporting and system accuracy
Monitor bookings, cancellations, and overall performance trends
Communicate and document operational issues as appropriate

Inventory & Retail Support

Assist with monitoring retail inventory levels and front desk supply needs
Support accurate receiving, stocking, and organization of retail displays
Communicate low stock levels and product needs to spa leadership
Help maintain a clean, well-merchandised retail area that enhances the member experience
