We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sage X3 Consultant with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Sage X3 ERP, combining functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Sage X3 solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support Sage X3 modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
- Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Work closely with the development team for Sage X3 customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support Sage X3 implementation projects and provide post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth system adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sage X3 Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Sage X3 ERP and core business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience in Sage X3 implementation, customization, and support.
- Good knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and basic programming concepts.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sage X3 development tools, APIs, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports or other ERP reporting tools.
- Experience with data migration, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or finance business processes.
