Operations Leader - Sage India

As the Leader of Operational Markets, you will be responsible for transforming the locations and teams where we have operational teams, with no commercial presence. These teams are strategically important for Sage from a Product delivery perspective and must thrive and change according to the strategic workforce plans for the Global Product Organization (GPO). This role will be the custodial leader for all colleagues in India, as a priority, with the potential to expand into other Sage locations in the future. The Leader, Operational Markets - GPO will be accountable for the vision and strategy for India, which will enable our colleagues to thrive. This is a key role in delivering a significant proportion of our product roadmaps and is pivotal in our ambition to become a great SaaS company. You will indirectly lead a team of Product experts to deliver product roadmaps and execute and govern implementation plans which will support the Divisions to drive innovation. This role is an opportunity for a business technology professional with proven leadership capability to keep these operational locations and/or markets connected and successful in their evolution. This is a newly created role, and the first requirement will be to adopt the GPO growth and change strategy, to reach their full potential. This will involve collaboration across the business to develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and our customer value propositions. Our business planning process looks 3 years ahead, and this person will be expected to anticipate opportunities and partnerships which will support the delivery of the business plan through this time horizon.
