Spectral Consultants is hiring for Sage Intacct ERP Implementation roles with one of the top consulting & advisory firms.

🔹 Open Roles:
1. ERP Associate
📍 Location: Gurugram / Bangalore
🧑 💻 Experience: Minimum 1 year
2. ERP Senior
📍 Location: Gurugram / Bangalore
🧑 💻 Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation of Sage Intacct for multiple clients and projects
Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation (requirement understanding → configuration → go-live)
Perform data migration activities including data cleaning, mapping, and uploading
Identify data issues, communicate with clients, and ensure corrections are made
Conduct reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist in configuring ERP modules based on client business processes
Support creation of custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Build document templates using MS Word (mail merge, formulas, conditional logic)
Contribute to best practices and documentation for process improvement
Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
🔹 What we’re looking for:
Experience in Sage Intacct / NetSuite / other ERP systems
Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation & data migration
Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Ability to analyze large data sets and identify errors
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
