About the role

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Clinician/Case Managers. This role will facilitate group counseling sessions and conduct case management services to support SAGE clients. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.


Pay: 
  • Up to $55,250, depending on experience

Where will you work?:

  • SAGE has offices statewide in Arizona - Clinician/Case Managers are assigned office locations closest to home. At least 50% of work schedule will be in-office.
  • All equipment provided. 


When will you work?:

  • Clinician/Case Managers are Full-Time employees and work non-traditional schedules, including weekend hours.
  • Specifically: Thursday through Monday: 
    • Thursdays: 12pm - 9pm
    • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
    • Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
    • Mondays: 8:30am to 5:30pm


What do Clinician/Case Managers do?:

  • Facilitate various groups, including substance use, shoplifting, other curriculums as needed
  • Conduct discharge planning and provide referrals as necessary and appropriate to clients for additional services
  • Conduct regular, individual meetings with clients to monitor program status and address goals

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Group facilitation experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in a related field
  • Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, visitors, and coworkers
  • Must have strong organization, time and project management and multitasking skills.
