We're seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency across various departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a proactive leader who can streamline processes, implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and hold teams accountable while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflows and identifying inefficiencies. Develop, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency. Manage project execution using Monday.com, ensuring timely completion and adherence to goals. Coach team members and team leads to foster professional growth and high performance. Communicate effectively across different cultural backgrounds, promoting collaboration and alignment. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and ask the hard questions to solve problems. Uphold and reinforce the company's core values, particularly around GRIT (Growth, Results, Integrity, Transparency). Qualifications: Strong operations management experience, preferably in a remote setting. Proficiency in Monday.com or the ability to quickly learn and optimize project management workflows. Proven ability to implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and mentor teams. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to be firm yet kind, holding teams accountable while fostering a supportive environment.
