The team is passionate about helping students transition into new careers and partners with externship sites and hiring offices nationwide to facilitate those career starts. Position Overview: As a Career Partnerships Associate, you'll help drive student success by building and maintaining partnerships with externship and job placement sites across the U.S. This role combines targeted outreach with relationship management to ensure students have the support and placements they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to externship and job partner offices in priority markets.Follow up on marketing-qualified leads from campaigns focused on partnership development.Build strong relationships with hiring and externship sites.Formalize partnerships through affiliation agreements when applicable.Collaborate with internal teams to support students placement journeys. Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Previous experience in a customer-facing or outreach role.Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.Comfort with outbound phone and email outreach.Highly organized with good follow-through. Nice-to-Haves: Background in sales, staffing, or education partnerships.Experience working with U.S.-based clients or organizations.
