Safety Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Safety Trainer to join our team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety training and be able to provide expert guidance to our staff. This role will involve delivering training programs, troubleshooting safety issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver health and safety training programs to staff and ensure comprehension of safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot safety issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement training programs to address specific safety concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain a positive safety culture.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee participation.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in training and health and safety, preferably in the field of safety training.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve safety issues in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to train and educate staff on health and safety protocols.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address safety concerns.
