We are seeking a Project or Maintenance Manager to join our team! This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing teams across multiple sites. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards in maintenance schedules.
• Lead and manage teams across multiple sites.

Key Duties:

• Oversee the execution of projects and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Track project progress and address issues as they arise.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive project and maintenance reports.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• Preferred Certifications: Project Management in MEP or Fire Safety.
• Experience: 5+ years in facility management, project management, MEP, or fire safety.
