Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Delhi, India. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, investigating workplace accidents, and promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the organization. This role also involves organizing and delivering safety training programs to employees and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety practices and Occupational Health regulations
- Experience in Accident Investigation processes and implementing corrective measures
- Ability to assess and coordinate Security measures within the workplace
- Skills in conducting Safety Training programs to educate employees
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local and international safety standards and guidelines
- Certification in occupational health and safety or related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline is an advantage
