Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer, located in Bengaluru. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. Key tasks include investigating accidents, training employees on safety protocols, and monitoring workplace safety measures to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Health & Safety, and Occupational Health practices
- Skills in Accident Investigation and incident reporting
- Experience in implementing Security measures to safeguard workplace safety
- Ability to develop and deliver effective Safety Training programs
- Strong understanding of local safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Relevant certifications in occupational health and safety will be an advantage
- Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
