Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Safety Officer. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. Key responsibilities include conducting safety-related training sessions, investigating workplace incidents, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining a secure and hazard-free working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge in Health & Safety and Occupational Health standards.
- Experience in Accident Investigation and identifying root causes of safety incidents.
- Strong expertise in delivering Safety Trainings and conducting employee awareness programs.
- Familiarity with Security protocols and procedures for workplace safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to assess risk and implement preventative measures.
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance reporting.
- Relevant certifications in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
