Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Safety Manager for our location in Gurugram. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety initiatives, conducting safety training, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, and developing strategies to minimize risks. Key responsibilities include leading accident investigations, implementing industrial safety measures, and promoting a culture of occupational health and safety within the organization. The candidate will collaborate with teams to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
- Experience in conducting Safety Training for employees at all levels
- Knowledge of Accident Investigation procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in industrial safety practices and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications like NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Prior experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
