Designation : Safety & Maintenance Officer
Location : Open
Report to : Senior Manager Projects
Compensation : As per the company standards Role:-
The Maintenance Officer shall be responsible for the maintenance, statutory compliance, and overall upkeep of all Kuuraku outlets.
- Key Accountabilities:
- · The role requires conducting periodic technical Inspections, ensuring timely closure of observations, managing maintenance vendors, monitoring relevant statutory compliances, maintaining facility hygiene standards, and providing technical support to restaurant teams for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- ·Act as the central coordinator between Kuuraku and the respective Mall Management teams to ensure uninterrupted operations, utility management, emergency preparedness, and compliance across all outlets.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
· Diploma in Electrical engineering / Mechanical engineering
· 3 / 4 years in Hospitality OR F & B industry.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· The candidate should possess strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems, Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems, HVAC, kitchen equipment, utilities, and restaurant infrastructure management.
