🚀 We’re Hiring | Safety Engineer (Occupant Safety)
📍 Location: Pune (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🎓 Qualification: BE / ME in Mechanical or related fields
We are looking for a skilled Safety Engineer with strong expertise in occupant safety and crash analysis to join our growing team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform crash simulations and analyze occupant safety in high-speed impact scenarios
• Work on CAE tools for safety simulations and validation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards like EuroNCAP, AIS, and FMVSS
• Identify issues and provide countermeasures based on simulation results
• Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
💡 Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of occupant safety fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in crash analysis & simulation
• Proficiency in CAE tools: ANSA, HyperMesh, HyperView, Animator
• Experience with solvers: LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH / MADYMO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience in automotive safety domain
• Strong documentation & stakeholder communication skills
