Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Pan India is for a Safety Engineer. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety protocols to ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations. They will conduct risk assessments, oversee occupational health measures, provide training, and inspect construction sites for adherence to safety standards. Collaborating across departments, the Safety Engineer will play a key role in fostering a secure and hazard-free working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Safety Engineering and expertise in implementing effective safety protocols.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health standards and experience in maintaining workplace health compliance.
- Skills in creating and delivering Training programs related to safety and risk management.
- Strong understanding of Construction Safety and on-site risk identification and mitigation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
