We are looking for the following position for our Quality Management Department (QMD):
Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager (Industrial Safety (ADIS)) - 01 No. (ARAI Regular)
Job Location: HTC-Chakan, Pune
Candidates should have completed Advance Diploma / Graduate in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from recognized institute with good academic record and shall possess relevant experience of minimum 5 - 7 years with good communication skills.
Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description.
Job Description:
- Act as Additional Safety Officer
- Identify, assist, guide and review to comply legal obligations
- Prepare, monitor & improve OHS performance by undertaking various projects
- To provide OHS trainings to employees
- Assist departments in preparation of HIRA studies guide to comply with system procedures
- Conduct plant safety inspections & Safety audits (ISO 45001 & IS 14489)
- Conduct OHS monitoring with approved laboratories
- Investigate selected accidents and check effectiveness of actions taken for all incidents
- Check operational controls so as to avoid dangerous occurrence and occupational diseases, Conduct Mock Drills
- Maintenance of records pertaining to accidents, dangerous occurrence and occupational diseases
- Conduct Safety Committee meetings and ensure actions taken as per decisions
Required Skills:
- Conduct OHS promotional activities
- Preparation of dash boards, analysis of data for OHS performance
- Review new developments and give inputs to cross functional team
- Prepare presentations, modules, OCP etc.
- Assist in Implementation of new standard
- Preferred Additional Qualifications: ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 internal auditor will be added advantage
- Necessary ADIS Certificate.
