We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Engineer to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting safety audits, and developing safety documents to promote a safe working environment. The Safety Engineer will play a crucial role in identifying potential hazards and implementing effective safety measures to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to assess compliance with safety regulations and standards. - Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. - Prepare and review safety documents, including risk assessments and safety plans. - Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Conduct training sessions for employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures. - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in safety management. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulations. - Experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments. - Familiarity with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. - Proficient in HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and ADIS (Accident Data Information System). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify safety issues and implement solutions.
