🚨 We're Hiring: Truck Safety Coordinator (Canada & USA Operations) 🚛

Join our growing team! We're seeking an experienced Truck Safety Coordinator to support our Canada & USA cross-border trucking operations. If you're passionate about safety, compliance, and fleet performance, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage driver safety and regulatory compliance for Canadian and U.S. fleets
✔ Monitor ELD and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance using Samsara and Motive
✔ Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and Canadian transportation regulations
✔ Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files, safety records, and audit documentation
✔ Conduct driver onboarding, safety orientation, coaching, and performance monitoring
✔ Investigate accidents, violations, and safety events, and implement corrective actions
✔ Work closely with dispatch and fleet operations to improve safety scores and compliance
Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience in trucking safety, compliance, or fleet operations
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Samsara and Motive platforms
✅ Excellent knowledge of ELD, HOS, FMCSA, DOT, and Canadian trucking regulations
✅ Experience handling cross-border trucking operations is highly preferred
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
