Your tasks:

▪ Perform machine and process risk assessments in accordance with ISO 12100 and related standards.

▪ Develop, propose, and review machine safety concepts and safeguarding solutions tailored to customer applications.

▪ Define and verify safety functions, including determining required Performance Levels (PLr). ▪ Review electrical, control system, and automation designs from a safety perspective.

▪ Support installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of safety systems.

▪ Prepare comprehensive technical documentation (Risk Assessments, SRS, validation reports).

▪ Conduct safety audits, gap analyses, and compliance assessments at customer sites.

▪ Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on safety compliance and best practices.

▪ Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and internal teams to deliver complete safety solutions.

▪ Drive business opportunities by identifying gaps, proposing safety up grades, and supporting sales closures.

▪ Take ownership of the entire safety lifecycle from opportunity identification to project execution.

Your qualifications:

▪ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering with 10 years of experience.

▪ Strong knowledge of machine safety standards and functional safety princi ples. ▪ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and automation architec tures.

▪ Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems and safety de vices.

▪ Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

▪ Ability to balance technical depth with commercial awareness.

▪ Experience with safety PLCs, safety relays, vision safety, and guarding sys tems.

▪ Functional safety certification (e.g., TÜV, CMSE, or equivalent).

▪ Experience in customer-facing or solution-selling roles. ▪ Willingness to travel for site assessments and project execution.
