Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety and Compliance Executive located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, PB. The primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards, evaluating and implementing safety protocols, performing risk assessments, and resolving compliance violations. The role also entails preparing and maintaining compliance reports, assisting in audits, providing training on regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the logistics and transportation industry
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external authorities effectively
- Sharp Analytical Skills to assess risks, interpret data, and offer efficient solutions
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in the logistics and transportation field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in safety and compliance management or a related role will be a plus
