The Business Performance Leader (BPL) is responsible for leading and managing operational performance within a designated regional territory for SafeStreets. This role ensures the successful delivery of our residential security system installations and services by overseeing Elite Home Professionals (EHPs), maintaining compliance, optimizing scheduling, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The BPL has ultimate authority over field scheduling and appointment assignment to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Team Development & Performance

Monitor and drive key operational metrics for EHPs, including IGR, PEA, referrals and self-generated accounts, finance compliance, account upgrades, service call percentage, customer ratings, on-time arrivals, and inventory management.

Partner with HR on complex employee relations matters, including protected class, FMLA, or ADA issues, and obtain HR approval prior to executing disciplinary actions or terminations to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Technical & Administrative Skills:
SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and, for eligible roles, variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. Variable pay is defined in the roles comp plan and will be shared in a separate compensation plan.
