</ul><div><strong><u>What will you do as an Assistant Manager?</u></strong></div><ul>
<li>Work closely with the location owner to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the SafeSplash Franchise structure</li>
<li>Maintain staff by recruiting, hiring, orienting, scheduling, and training employees</li>
<li>Maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employees</li>
<li>Manage employee policies and procedures, payroll, and employee benefits</li>
<li>Responsible for each location's customers and staff, including managing inventory levels, ordering, class management, and sales</li>
<li>Hybrid job model with most of the day being remote: Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-7:00pm, Fridays 10:00-3:00, and weekend hours 12:00pm-4:00pm. Only go to the pool decks as needed on a rotation schedule. </li>
</ul><div><strong><u>What are we looking for in an Assistant Manager?</u></strong></div><ul>
<li>2 years of management experience in customer service </li>
<li>Extensive experience with computer scheduling software</li>
<li>A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team </li>
<li>Flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Preferred Skills: <ul>
<li>Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression</li>
<li>Professionalism over the phone and text</li>
<li>Bilingual preferred, not required</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service </li>
<li>Support the staff of instructors as they report deck needs to you</li>
<li>Reports directly to the General Manager </li>
