</ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>What will you do as a Swim Instructor?</u></strong></div><ul>
<li>The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner</li>
<li>Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts</li>
<li>Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills</li>
<li>Ensure swimmer safety<br><br>

</ul><div><strong><u>What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?</u></strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you</li>
<li>WSI certification preferred</li>
<li>Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire</li>
<li>Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.<br><br>
