SafeGold is backed by the World Gold Council and leading venture capital funds, Beenext and Pravega. Job Description We're a small team with insanely large ambitions. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative regulated fintech products (Bonds). You will work at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build solutions that scale. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities and define product / feature vision and strategy to co-develop with the leadership team, lead from ideation to execution Operate autonomously and take self-initiatives to resolve product problems and business problems Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Work with cross-functional teams of exceptional engineers, UX/UI designers, researchers, marketeers and growth hackers who collaborate together to bring ideas to life and make investing easy, fun, and accessible for everyone Collaborate with external partners (NBFCs, payment providers, e-commerce platforms) to deliver seamless integrations. Communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals succinctly to stakeholders across the organization - on the value and impact of the product to the bigger company strategy and direction Able to determine the viability of new initiatives and understand cross-functional requirements live and breathe problem-solving Own end to end product launch & GTM Ability to bring consensus in situations where there is disagreement or conflicting priorities among key stakeholders. Able to manage and influence key stakeholders on new product ideas and independently drive product adoption. Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills. Define and track product KPIs, user feedback, and usage metrics to improve product performance. Requirements: 4 – 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in BFSI /fintech, Stock Broking, or consumer tech. Should have a strong understanding of financial products - SEBI & RBI regulated Ideate and design fintech products in the fixed income space Prior background in technology is preferred; MBA is an added bonus. Track record of successfully building and leading digital products, preferably with some startup experience Knowledge and experience in scrum / agile methodologies is beneficial Independent, confident, and comfortable engaging all levels of stakeholders A strategic thinker with the ability to function in a results-oriented, data-rich, and metrics-driven environment Experience with APIs, app/web platforms, and partner integrations is a must. Be a hustler and have excellent problem-solving skills; dynamic and charismatic with remarkable critical thinking skills Should be willing to work from office Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g. Engineering). Specialization in Finance, Strategy, or Product Management.
