Job Purpose:

To ensure providing MTC KPls, provide section reporting in a weekly/ monthly/ yearly basis, providing a one year look ahead PM plan, reviewing all SAP master data requests, monitoring performance, PM overdue, and OMS-431, Auditing the CP compliance and performance

 

Key Accountabilities

• To follow all EHSS slandered, contribute in SAUDI KAYAN safety improvement, provide required e-SHEM and BBS.
• SAP master data review for implementation (Addition, deletion, and modification)
•  Generating the MTC KPI, and other required KPls
•  Auditing for SAP data and OMS-431
• To provide work training and development of peers and company employees to ensure effective understanding of SAP PM Module
• General reporting, presentation, and data analysis
• Monitoring the 7 weeks looks ahead, CP performance, PM overdue, KPls, DILO and weekly packages

 

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

 

 Experience:

• 3 Years' experience in related working field.

 

Job Specific Skills:

• Full knowledge of SAP PM module
• High level computer skills (world, excel, SAP, and MS project)
• Able to read engineering drawing.
• Knowledge of standards and codes
• Maintenance background
• High skills on (presentation, reporting, problem solving, communication and leadership)
