Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SaaS Sales Representative located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Representative will prospect and build relationships with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the sales pipeline. They will identify customer challenges, provide thorough knowledge of LocatR.AI's product offerings, and close deals effectively. Collaborating with the support and technical teams, the representative will also ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients while tracking metrics and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or technology sales
- Proficiency in presentation skills, storytelling, and delivering product demonstrations
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and effectively negotiate deals
- Understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of the logistics industry or experience in related domains is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
