About the Role
We are hiring experienced SaaS / CRM sales professionals based in India who can sell to international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe).
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will:
• Generate leads
• Conduct product demos
• Handle global clients
• Close deals independently

Key Responsibilities
International Sales
• Sell CRM & automation solutions to US, UK, UAE clients
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach
• Build and manage your own pipeline
Product Demos
• Deliver high-conversion demos to global clients
• Understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
Deal Closure
• Handle pricing, objections, and negotiations
• Close deals independently
Pipeline Management
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deals in CRM
• Maintain strong conversion ratios
Required Experience
• 3–8 years in SaaS / CRM / software sales
• Experience selling to international clients
• Proven experience in product demos and deal closure
• Strong English communication skills
• Outbound sales experience
Candidates with only domestic sales experience will not be considered.
Compensation
• Fixed Salary: ₹6 – ₹10 LPA
• Incentives: Earn 20% – 30% commission per deal, based on deal value and performance slabs
• Earning Potential: Top performers can earn ₹15 – ₹25 LPA+ (uncapped incentives)
