Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the end-to-end customer renewal process
• Track renewal dates, contracts, and billing cycles in CRM
• Proactively engage with customers well before renewal deadlines
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions
• Share renewal reports, churn analysis, and retention metrics with management
• Identify and generate leads through calls, Reference, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services
• Schedule meetings and product demos
• Maintain and update CRM with follow-up details
• Regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
• Onsite client visit as per business need
• Willing to travel Pan India as per business need
