ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded SaaS Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects with CXOs in the manufacturing sector — articulating the tangible value our platform delivers on the shop floor and in back-office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing mid-market and enterprise accounts within the manufacturing vertical.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based pitches tailored to operational and technical stakeholders (Plant Managers, Operations Directors, CXOs).
- Develop and execute territory plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles common in manufacturing environments (procurement, IT, operations, finance).
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from cold outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align messaging and ensure smooth handoffs post-close.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated experience pitching and closing SaaS solutions — preferably to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain clients.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, MES platforms, or supply chain operations is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and thrive in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience selling ERP, MES, IoT, or Industry 4.0 SaaS solutions.
- Existing network of contacts in manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with value-selling frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN).
- Exposure to consultative selling in regulated or compliance-heavy manufacturing environments.
