Primary Title: Senior Platform Engineer (SaaS) — On-site, Bengaluru, India.
A leading player in the SaaS product engineering and cloud-native enterprise software sector, delivering multi-tenant B2B platforms and mission-critical services to global customers. We build secure, scalable, and observable systems that power subscription-driven applications and platform integrations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain multi-tenant SaaS platform components using microservices and well-designed RESTful APIs to meet SLAs for availability and performance.
- Build and operate containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes; own rollout strategies, autoscaling, and release orchestration for on-premise and cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to enable frequent, reliable deployments and rapid rollback strategies.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (provisioning, cost optimisation, security best practices) and collaborate on identity, networking, and data storage patterns.
- Drive observability and reliability: implement logging, metrics, tracing, SLOs, and incident response processes to minimise downtime and Mean Time to Recovery.
- Partner with Product, QA, and Security teams to ship features, perform risk assessments, run performance tuning, and mentor engineers on platform best practices.

Qualifications
- 8 years of professional experience in SaaS/platform development or equivalent enterprise product engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language and framework (Java/Spring Boot, Go, or Node.js) and strong systems design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with observability tooling, security hardening, and performance optimisation for production services.
