About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling B2B SaaS company in the enterprise communications and customer engagement tech space, we empower global B2B brands to scale their go-to-market motion using performance-driven digital marketing. Our marketing team blends data, automation, and strategic channel experimentation to drive pipeline, CAC efficiency, and revenue-attribution clarity across LinkedIn, Google, and emerging SaaS ad platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms for SaaS lead gen and pipeline acceleration.
- Build and refine audience segments using firmographic, intent, and behavioral signals to maximize conversion rate and lower CAC.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI, LTV:CAC ratios, and funnel drop-off using GA4, HubSpot, and custom attribution models.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, track qualified leads, and iterate creatives based on conversion lift.
- Automate bid strategies, audience exclusions, and campaign tagging using scripts, Zapier, and platform-native automation tools.
- Run AB tests on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion efficiency and reduce cost per SQL.

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- UTM tagging & campaign tracking
- Lead attribution modeling
- SQL (basic queries for data extraction)
- Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
- Preferred
- Experience with Programmatic B2B Ads (Meta Lead Ads, Demandbase, 6sense)
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, Churn, CAC, LTV)
- Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks
