Are you a growth-minded leader who thrives on turning existing customers into major revenue drivers? At SaaS Labs, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who can mine opportunities, expand accounts, and build lasting partnerships—all while redefining the future of Sales & Support software.


🕕 Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM IST (US Shift)

📍 Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week from our Noida office, Sector 62

🚗 Cabs Provided for US shifts

What You’ll Own 🚀


  • Grow Existing Accounts: Identify and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive Business Expansion: Build and execute account growth strategies
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Align our solutions to customer goals to increase retention
  • Spot Opportunities Others Miss: Discover unmet needs and convert them into revenue
  • Lead Renewals & Upsells: Manage pricing, contracts, and upgrade conversations
  • Turn Data into Growth: Use insights and usage trends to guide expansion plays
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with sales, product, and CS for seamless delivery
