Senior Content Producer

JustCall is looking for a Senior Video Content Producer to lead our video strategy and production end-to-end!

What You'll Do:

• Own Video Production: From concept to final edit — create how-to videos, marketing spots, product walkthroughs, and thought-leadership content.
• Lead Content Strategy: Collaborate across teams to brainstorm and build video ideas that drive real business impact.
• Script & Direct: Write punchy scripts and direct shoots to make every video clear, engaging, and on brand.
• Manage Teams & Vendors: Work with in-house editors, freelancers, and external partners to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
• Be On-Camera: Host videos, record product walkthroughs (Loom style), and bring personality and clarity to our video content.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze video metrics and keep improving — staying ahead of video trends and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of content marketing and video production experience (preferably in SaaS or software).
• A portfolio that showcases how-to videos, marketing content, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Strong visual storytelling skills — making complex ideas simple and engaging.
• Comfortable on-camera and experienced in video hosting.
• Hands-on with video editing and familiar with production workflows.
• Experienced working with cross-functional teams, freelancers, and agencies.
