About the role
The Demand Generation Manager will report to Sr. Director of Growth Marketing & Sr Manager - Demand Generation on dotted lines. They will support the business with developing & executing end-to-end integrated campaign plans to generate new demand & capitalize on existing demand for our product lines.
Qualification
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is required
5+ years of experience in demand gen/ performance marketing role preferably from a Series A+ fast-growing SaaS companies
Proven track record in SaaS marketing, with a history of driving growth at scale
Strong analytical skills and proven experience combining data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, business, analytics, product, and engineering teams
Adaptability to navigate the evolving marketing landscape and explore new trends and technologies
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue
Manage organic & performance marketing campaigns, including acquisition and remarketing efforts through platforms such as Social Ads, CTV, Online Video & Paid Search
Utilize first-principles thinking to maximize trials, opportunities, customers and lifetime value (LTV) while maintaining user engagement and managing fatigue
Collaborate with CRO, marketing ops, data science, product, engineering, and business teams to create & drive new marketing initiatives that align with organization goals
Monitor and report on program, channel & campaign performance with appropriate key success metrics
Maintain and publish dashboards and reports at the program, channel, cohort, and campaign levels
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for templates, creatives, and business approvals
Skills
Must-haves:
Strong tactical understanding & hands-on experience in online/digital advertising platforms, & having managed budgets of over $5M a year in regions like the US, UK, and Australia
Time management, prioritization, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are key to success in the role
Ability to develop and implement customer-specific marketing programs independently
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
Hands-on experience working with all marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, VWO, Smartlook)
Accountability for revenue-focused metrics, and not leads/traffic/impressions
Good-to-have:
Knowledge of ABM platforms, CTV & Salesforce
Experience with field marketing initiatives is a plus
