About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling SaaS/IT solutions provider operating across India, we empower mid-market and enterprise clients with intelligent automation, cloud-native platforms, and digital transformation tools that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. Our Business Development team is the engine behind our expansion—connecting innovative tech with real-world business challenges, and turning pipeline into partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across SaaS and IT services for enterprise and mid-market clients in India.
- Execute full sales cycle—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline using CRM tools while ensuring 90%+ follow-up accuracy and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor value propositions, case studies, and demo scripts for target segments.
- Represent Mindtel at industry events, virtual summits, and client-facing workshops to strengthen brand visibility and pipeline generation.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to refine go-to-market strategy and pricing positioning.

- SaaS sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
- Discovery call scripting & objection handling
- Contract negotiation & closing techniques
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Slack / Teams for internal collaboration
- Preferred
- Experience selling cloud or enterprise software in India’s BFSI or manufacturing verticals
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP partner ecosystems
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or HubSpot Sales Software Certification
