Role Description
The SaaS Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and converting potential customers into clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, understanding their training needs, presenting customized solutions, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The role also includes meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Basic understanding of SaaS-based platforms or eLearning solutions is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
