ClassicHub is hiring a Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales for AutoStreams, our automation and CRM tool for lead management, follow-ups, WhatsApp/email automation, appointment booking, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
The role will focus on identifying prospects, conducting demos, understanding business problems, presenting AutoStreams as a solution, and closing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients across industries.
- Connect with founders, business owners, sales heads, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Manage outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand CRM, lead management, follow-up, and sales process challenges.
- Present and demonstrate AutoStreams to prospects.
- Explain features, benefits, pricing, and implementation clearly.
- Handle objections, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain CRM updates, daily sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and client handover.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of prior experience in software sales, SaaS product sales, CRM sales, automation tool sales, or B2B tech sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/software sales cycles, demos, follow-ups, and closures.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of CRM, lead management, sales automation, WhatsApp/email automation, and digital tools.
- Strong demo, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with ownership of the complete sales cycle.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has already sold software, SaaS products, CRM tools, or automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should be confident, process-driven, persuasive, and comfortable explaining technical products in a simple business-focused way.
