This is a high-ownership, customer-facing B2B growth role where you will independently lead and own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and nurturing to product demos, pipeline management, and closing deals in a high-growth startup environment. You won't just support sales. You'll drive it end-to-end with full autonomy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand our SaaS product suite deeply and articulate its value to business decision-makers in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle independently, from identifying target accounts and initiating first contact through discovery calls, product demos, proposal submission, commercial negotiation, and final deal closure, with full accountability for outcomes
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events, and virtual demos
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through personalized follow-ups, educational content, and value-driven engagement to move them through the funnel
- Conduct product presentations and solution-based discussions with prospects in the logistics/supply chain space
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into revenue opportunities
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and performance targets
- Identify new market opportunities within logistics and supply chain verticals and contribute to growth strategies
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / business development
- Must have experience selling to or working within the logistics and supply chain industry
- Proven track record of lead generation, lead nurturing, demos, and deal closures
- Capable of cold outreach via calling, emails, office visits etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with founders, operations heads, supply chain managers, and business decision-makers
- Experience using CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience selling logistics tech, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), or digital supply chain solutions
- Exposure to startup sales environments and high-velocity sales cycles
- Understanding of B2B buying cycles and consultative selling methodologies
- Existing network of contacts in the logistics/supply chain ecosystem
