About The Opportunity

Our performance marketing specialists own the full-funnel playbook—from paid ads to conversion optimization—leveraging behavioral insights, CRM integration, and platform automation to scale pipeline with precision. Role & Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta) with clear KPIs for CAC, ROAS, and SQL volume.
- Design, A/B test, and iterate landing pages, lead forms, and nurture flows to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to align messaging, audience targeting, and handoff SLAs for seamless lead-to-revenue journeys.
- Build and maintain UTM-tagged attribution models to track campaign performance across touchpoints and platforms.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and channel mix analysis to reallocate budget toward highest-performing levers.
- Automate reporting dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker) to surface real-time performance insights for executive review.
