About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling B2B SaaS growth consultancy operating at the intersection of performance marketing, GTM strategy, and customer acquisition, we help global SaaS brands scale efficiently across India and APAC. We build data-driven, channel-agnostic performance engines — combining paid media, conversion optimization, and attribution science — to turn clicks into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. Our marketers operate with autonomy, agility, and ROI obsession.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing for 3–5 B2B SaaS clients — from audience segmentation to campaign execution, budget allocation, and ROI tracking.
- Run and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and emerging B2B channels (e.g., Reddit, G2, TrustRadius) with focus on lead gen and pipeline velocity.
- Build and refine lead scoring models, UTM tagging strategies, and conversion funnels — collaborating with sales ops to align marketing-sourced pipeline with revenue outcomes.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve CTR, CPL, and CAC — leveraging Looker, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot for insights.
- Partner with CRO and content teams to scale high-intent nurture flows and retargeting campaigns that move leads through the funnel.
- Present weekly performance dashboards, forecast channel ROI, and make data-backed recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
