We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do sales” — but someone who can consistently fill calendars with high-quality meetings with Marketing Heads, Founders, and CXOs.
If you know how to break through gatekeepers, speak the language of decision-makers, and confidently engage senior stakeholders, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Run high-volume cold calling & outbound outreach targeting CXOs / Marketing Heads
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (CMOs, Founders, Directors)
- Secure qualified appointments with senior stakeholders
- Craft and deliver sharp, value-driven pitches (no generic scripts)
- Navigate gatekeepers and multi-touch follow-ups effectively
- Ensure calendars are filled with high-conversion, high-value meetings

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of outbound SDR / appointment setting experience in SaaS
- Proven experience booking meetings with CXOs / senior decision-makers
- Strong cold-calling + objection handling at leadership level
- Ability to hold a conversation with senior stakeholders (not just pitch)
Not a Fit If You Are:
- A research / lead generation profile without calling exposure
- Dependent only on email/LinkedIn without strong calling ability
