Customer Sales Specialist ( Volt Energy Process )

We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist for our Volt Energy process. This position is open for female candidates with at least one year of experience in sales or customer service. The Specialist is required to deliver exceptional customer service and sales through voice communication. Essential Job Functions Job Functions: Efficiently handle outbound customer calls, presenting products and services in a convincing and compelling manner. Communicate effectively to convey information clearly and professionally as per the process requirements. Manage 120-130 calls per day, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Meet daily/monthly KPI goals to contribute to project success. Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience and feedback.
