Data Engineer - Snowflake Guidewire

We are looking for a talented Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval solutions within the Snowflake platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, strong SQL skills, and experience in implementing Snowflake best practices. Guidewire migration or integration / implementation of Guidewire. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and optimize performance for our data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing ETL pipelines using SQL and other technologies such as ApacheAirflow, Apache Nifi, or Talend. Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data transformation and loading into Snowflake. Designing and implementing data models in Snowflake, including schema design and optimization. Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures. Monitoring and troubleshooting ETL pipelines and Snowflake data warehouse performance using Snowflake tools and other monitoring tools. Experience in Guidewire migration or integration / implementation of Guidewire Qualifications: Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data modeling. Experience with Snowflake data warehousing platform and related tools. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and associated data integration and migration technologies such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash is desirable. Experience with data integration patterns such as CDC, ELT, or ETL. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
