CNA for Private Duty (Baldwin County)

Position Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes

- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

- Administer medications and adhere to proper medication management procedures

- Record and report any changes in client's condition to the nurse supervisor

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following infection control protocols

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

- Follow the client's individualized care plan, as directed by the nurse supervisor

Qualifications:

- Active and valid CNA certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think critically and react calmly in emergency situations

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
